[Remote] Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Avua is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for assigned engineering clients. The role involves developing strong customer relationships, collaborating with internal teams for project execution, and monitoring account performance to support revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned engineering clients
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Understand client needs, technical requirements, and business goals to provide effective solutions
- Collaborate with internal engineering, project management, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and service agreements
- Monitor account performance, identify opportunities for upselling or new business, and support overall revenue growth
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project progress, and sales activities
Skills
- Previous experience in account management, customer success, or sales—preferably within engineering, manufacturing, or technical industries
- Strong understanding of engineering processes, products, or services (mechanical, electrical, civil, or related fields is a plus)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic project coordination tools
