[Remote] Strategic Account Manager, Senior- Supply Chain

Infor is a global leader in business cloud software products, and they are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to drive revenue growth across a portfolio of enterprise Logistics Service Providers. This role will involve account expansion, ecosystem engagement, and cross-functional leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and value.
Responsibilities
- Own strategic LSP accounts with full responsibility for expansion, retention, and revenue growth
- Develop and execute account plans focused on increasing adoption, cross-sell, and upsell
- Build multi-level relationships across business, technical, and executive stakeholders
- Build revenue growth driven by both LSP expansion and downstream customer adoption
- Facilitate product adoption and measurable business value across the install base
- Facilitate and manage cross-functional execution to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain high-frequency engagement with both LSPs and key downstream customers
- Lead QBRs/EBRs focused on performance, KPIs, and growth opportunities
- Deliver ROI-driven business cases leveraging value engineering and benchmarking
- Align solutions to customer supply chain strategies and transformation initiatives while driving contract and relationship renewals
Skills
- Experience working in SaaS sales
- Experience with logistics service providers in a sales capacity
- Experience delivering presentations to all levels of an organization
- Ability to travel 50%+
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Project management experience
- Experience working with MEDDPIC
