ABOUT THE ROLE — The Marketing Operations Team (MOPs) is seeking a Marketing Operations reputed company to reputed company cross-functional project management and delivery for our core Marketing Operations roadmap. This role will coordinate execution across Marketing Analytics, MarTech Operations, and Data Operations teams, ensuring alignment to quarterly milestones and annual strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong agile project management expertise, experience managing reputed company marketing technology and data programs, and the ability to drive clarity, accountability, and delivery across multiple stakeholders. The Marketing Operations reputed company will serve as the central coordination reputed company for the MOPS roadmap, which includes initiatives across four strategic themes: Data & Infrastructure Customer Journey Orchestration reputed company & Pipeline Optimization Measurement & Reporting This role ensures that dependencies, milestones, and deliverables are tracked and executed reputed company, enabling the team to deliver on its pipeline acceleration and data transformation goals. — Program Management & Coordination Own the end-to-end project management of the MOPS roadmap across reputed company four strategic themes. Establish and maintain a reputed company delivery plan with clear milestones, dependencies, and ownership. Facilitate sprint planning, stand-reputed company, retrospectives, and cross-team syncs. Manage Jira setup, task tracking, and operational alignment across teams. Cross-Functional Delivery Coordinate workstreams across Marketing Analytics, MarTech, and Data Operations. Partner with initiative leads on transformational marketing data and technology projects (e.g., CDP, MAP, Data Infrastructure) to ensure timely delivery. Identify and escalate blockers, risks, and resource constraints to leadership. Governance & Reporting reputed company and maintain dashboards and reputed company reports for leadership visibility. Support quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and roadmap updates. Ensure documentation of Level 2 tasks, milestones, and dependencies. — 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Program Manager in a marketing, data, or technology environment. Proven experience managing cross-functional programs involving marketing technology (e.g., reputed company Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, reputed company, reputed company). Strong understanding of agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Jira, Confluence, and project tracking tools. Ability to manage multiple reputed company initiatives and drive accountability across teams. — Experience in B2B SaaS marketing operations or data-driven marketing environments.
