We are looking for a highly motivated Project manager with fluent Spanish and a good understanding of English to provide skills in all aspects of Customer Success at WAcademy for Spanish-speaking markets to join our team at WAcademy. Job description: - Conceptualizing the website design process and leading the design and IT team. - Coordinate and manage your overall project schedules. - Direct communication with setting deadlines, updating, and advising our clients. - Seize opportunities to up-sell products when they arise. - Build sustainable relationships and engage with customers by taking the extra mile. - Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls and emails in a timely manner. - Conduct daily/weekly/monthly task management for all commitments in projects. - Keeping up-to-date with developments and trends in website design. Requirements: - Fluent in spoken and written Spanish. (This is absolutely crucial). - Ability to organize your time, prioritize tasks and keep up with a schedule. - Focused and going the extra mile to reach set goals. - Solve problems in a creative and practical manner. - Able to recommend modifications if needed to the work process of projects for desired results. - Having a can-do attitude and helping to create a friendly atmosphere. Bonus points: - 1 years of experience working as a project coordinator or manager. - Knowledge of WordPress and web development capabilities. - Knowledge of website hosting. - Have worked with CRM systems before.
