System Integration & Testing

  • Collaborate with IT and implementation teams to support system‑wide integration projects, ensuring provider data aligns with new platform requirements.
  • Participate in functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post‑implementation validation activities.

  • Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge base that reflects changes in regulatory requirements, arenaflex policies, and industry best practices.

Compliance & Confidentiality

  • Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations, arenaflex privacy policies, and all applicable managed‑care organization (MCO) guidelines.
  • Ensure that all provider data is handled with the highest level of confidentiality and security.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality according to the agreed‑upon schedule (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM PST).

Essential Qualifications
