About arenaflex

arenaflex is not a small, single-location insurance agency, and our people are proud of that distinction. Our team members live and work in communities all across the country, and we are licensed to write policies in more than 40 states. With over a decade of industry experience and a track record of doubling our team in just the past 18 months, arenaflex has grown into a respected name in personal lines insurance. As part of a broader family of related businesses, our employees enjoy meaningful career development opportunities — not only within arenaflex itself, but across our entire network of partner brands.

Happy employees lead to happy customers. That is a principle we take seriously at arenaflex. We put our people's wellbeing first and we are intentional about making sure every team member has the tools, training, technology, and support they need to succeed. We believe that every employee has the ability to improve our business, which is why we invite everyone to speak up, contribute ideas, and enjoy their time in the spotlight. Our culture reflects our values of excellence, respect, innovation, and open communication, and those values shape every decision we make — from how we handle a difficult claim call to how we celebrate a team member's work anniversary.

Position Overview

arenaflex is currently hiring a licensed Customer Service Representative to join our Property & Casualty (P&C) support team. In this unique full-time, remote opportunity, you will be the trusted point of contact for customers who have already been placed with one of our partnered insurance carriers. Our Customer Service Representatives work in a fast-paced inbound call center environment where performance is recognized and rewarded, and where every conversation makes a real difference in someone's financial security.

Your mission is straightforward but meaningful: help our customers every single day by ensuring their insurance needs are met and that they maintain the right coverage at a reasonable price. If you are a licensed insurance professional who thrives on solving problems, building relationships, and delivering excellent service, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from existing customers in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment, using multiple programs and systems simultaneously to resolve their needs quickly and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain a broad working knowledge of insurance requirements and carrier guidelines across dozens of states and many different carriers.
  • Answer customer questions related to coverages, billing, policy history, and general account information with confidence and accuracy.
  • Use a proactive, consultative approach to identify and assess each customer's needs, recommending arenaflex services to ensure every customer is placed in the best coverage for their unique situation.
  • Create warm opportunities for our in-house consultants to upsell, cross-sell, re-shop, and rewrite policies where appropriate.
  • Resolve customer issues, process payments, answer questions, and process policy endorsements in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the software platforms, insurance products, and operational processes used throughout arenaflex.
  • Consistently maintain high call quality (QA) scores, process adherence, and productivity metrics.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to support the broader success of the team and the business.

Essential Qualifications

  • A resident state Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when collecting information from customers and entering data into carrier systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-moving environment.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including a professional and empathetic phone presence.
  • Ability to multi-task using multiple screens, navigating several carrier platforms and systems simultaneously without losing focus or accuracy.
  • A strong, reliable high-speed internet connection suitable for a remote call center role.
  • A proactive mindset regarding personal development, with the willingness to welcome coaching as an opportunity to grow.
  • High energy and a genuine enjoyment of working in a combined team-oriented and goal-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two or more years of customer service experience in the non-standard insurance market, ideally in a multi-carrier and multi-rater environment.
  • Prior experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced call center, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Experience with named non-owner policies, as well as a working understanding of SR-22 and FR-44 state filings.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, which is highly desired as we serve a diverse customer base nationwide.

Skills and Competencies for Success

At arenaflex, the Customer Service Representatives who thrive are those who combine technical insurance knowledge with a genuine passion for helping people. Success in this role requires active listening skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a solutions-first attitude when customers are confused, frustrated, or anxious about their coverage. You will need to be comfortable learning new carrier platforms quickly, retaining detailed information about dozens of products, and applying that knowledge in real time during customer conversations.

Strong computer literacy is essential, including the ability to navigate between multiple browser tabs, carrier portals, and internal tools at the same time. A commitment to continuous learning will also serve you well, as the insurance industry is constantly evolving and arenaflex invests heavily in keeping our team up to date.

Career Growth and Learning Benefits

At arenaflex, we view every position as a potential launchpad for a long-term insurance career. We will set you up for success from day one with a paid training period, either on-site or from the comfort of your home, depending on your location and preferences. Following your initial onboarding, you will have access to ongoing professional training through our online learning system, Litmos, which keeps you current on operational updates, new carrier guidelines, and procedural changes.

Because arenaflex is part of a family of related businesses, internal mobility is part of our DNA. High-performing team members frequently grow into roles such as Senior Customer Service Representative, In-House Consultant, Team Lead, Underwriting Support, or Account Management. We believe in promoting from within, and we back that belief with real investment in your professional development and growth.

Work Environment and Company Culture

arenaflex is a fully remote-friendly organization, which means you can do this job from virtually anywhere we are licensed to operate. You will not need to relocate to take advantage of this opportunity. Despite being remote, you will be part of a tight-knit, collaborative team that celebrates wins, supports each other through challenging calls, and genuinely enjoys working together.

Our culture is rooted in four core values: excellence, respect, innovation, and open communication. We encourage every team member to share their ideas, raise concerns, and contribute to continuous improvement. Whether you are a seasoned insurance veteran or a licensed professional looking to take the next step, your voice will be heard at arenaflex.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We believe that great work deserves great rewards. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you can expect:

  • A starting salary range of $41,600 to $43,680 annually, depending on experience (DOE).
  • A monthly incentive plan with a target of $500 per month, giving you the opportunity to boost your earnings based on performance.
  • A 401(k) retirement plan to help you invest in your future.
  • A comprehensive and highly competitive benefits package, including dental insurance, health insurance, and vision insurance.
  • Paid holidays and paid time off to help you recharge and enjoy life outside of work.
  • Ongoing professional training online via Litmos, included as part of your employment.
  • And more — because we are always looking for ways to enhance the employee experience.

Equal Employment Opportunity

It is, and will continue to be, the policy of arenaflex to practice a program of equal employment opportunity designed to ensure that employment and advancement opportunities are made available to all employees and applicants on the basis of individual qualifications and without unlawful regard to race, religion, color, veteran status, national origin, disability, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, sex, or genetic information.
