Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Define and prioritize a comprehensive retention strategy aligned with arenaflex’s device health, subscription renewal, and user engagement goals.
  • Audience Segmentation & Messaging: Craft audience‑specific communication plans across email, push notifications, in‑app messaging, and SMS, ensuring relevance, timing, and tone resonate with each user segment.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work hand‑in‑hand with Product, Business Intelligence, Hardware, and Data Science teams to surface usage patterns, pain points, and opportunities that inform retention tactics.
  • Data‑Driven Insight Generation: Leverage analytics, A/B testing, and predictive modeling to identify high‑impact interventions and continuously refine messaging based on real‑world performance.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs (device health scores, subscription renewal rates, active user metrics) and build dashboards that track the effectiveness of each retention initiative.
  • Leadership Communication: Present campaign results, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, influencing product roadmaps and resource allocation.
