  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with the design team to develop eye‑catching promotional assets, infographics, and digital content that resonate with target audiences.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Gather, analyze, and interpret campaign metrics (CTR, conversion rates, ROI, etc.) and prepare clear, actionable reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Event Support: Provide logistical assistance for trade shows, webinars, and client events, from vendor coordination to on‑site execution.
  • Vendor & Partner Coordination: Liaise with external agencies, printers, and technology partners to ensure deliverables meet timelines and quality standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy across marketing operations.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in a marketing, communications, or agency‑support role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft concise, persuasive copy.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
  • Fundamental understanding of SEO principles, Google Analytics, and digital advertising basics.
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting data and translating findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of juggling multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn from senior colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
  • Knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Business Manager).
  • Exposure to content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot) and basic HTML/CSS.
  • Certification in Google Analytics, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, or similar credentials.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high‑quality presentations and client‑facing reports.

Core Competencies for Success

  • Creative Thinking: Ability to generate fresh ideas that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Making: Comfort working with numbers, dashboards, and performance metrics to guide campaign optimization.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork across design, sales, and client service departments.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities shift quickly and new challenges emerge daily.
