Key Responsibilities

  • Data Capture & Verification: Accurately input daily FBI fingerprint records into the Access database, performing quality checks to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Regulatory Coordination: Maintain seamless communication with TSA, U.S. Customs, U.S. Postal Service, and other government agencies to ensure compliance with all aviation security requirements.
  • Document Management: Process and archive personal investigation results, consent forms, and clearance letters in accordance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • HRIS & EC System Integration: Collaborate with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Employee Central (EC) teams to map, cleanse, and migrate compliance data across platforms.
  • Reporting & Dashboard Development: Design and deliver high‑level analytical reports, custom dashboards, and data visualizations that support decision‑making for senior compliance leaders.
  • Audit & Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough audits of fingerprint applications, verify accuracy, and manage any required re‑submissions to the TSA Clearinghouse.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner regularly with internal clients, external vendors, and government contacts to troubleshoot issues and streamline processes.
  • Training & Knowledge Transfer: Educate business units on compliance requirements, internal workflows, and best practices for handling sensitive data.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, compliance, or HR operations, preferably within a regulated industry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Access, Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and advanced formulas), and familiarity with HRIS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) processes and TSA Clearinghouse data requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex regulatory concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
