Key Responsibilities

End‑to‑End Order Management

  • Receive, validate, and enter purchase orders from assigned customers using the SAP order‑to‑invoice system.
  • Monitor order progress from receipt through delivery, ensuring on‑time fulfillment and accurate invoicing.
  • Process a variety of order types, including sample requests, donation orders, and return orders, while adhering to compliance standards.
  • Audit pricing on each order to confirm alignment with arenaflex’s SAP pricing rules; collaborate with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), brokers, and finance to resolve discrepancies.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Relationship Building

  • Establish and nurture positive relationships with internal partners such as Regional Sales Managers, brokers, warehousing, transportation, supply planning, demand planning, finance, and IT.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing proactive updates.
  • Support RSMs with product availability information, sample logistics, and completion of customer‑specific forms.
  • Coordinate with the Commercial Master Data team to create, edit, or deactivate customer entities within SAP.

Data‑Driven Efficiency & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze order trends and patterns to identify opportunities for process enhancements and cost savings.
  • Leverage insights from SAP, third‑party logistics platforms, and SPS Commerce to recommend best‑practice improvements.
  • Participate in cross‑functional projects aimed at streamlining supply‑chain workflows and improving customer satisfaction metrics.

Technology Navigation

  • Operate proficiently across three distinct software environments: SAP, third‑party logistics (3PL) systems, and SPS Commerce.
  • Generate regular reports on order status, delivery performance, and invoice accuracy for internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in all digital platforms.

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5 years of customer service experience within a consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment, or a comparable role in supply chain or logistics.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; extensive relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency with SAP order‑to‑invoice processing, intermediate expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and comfort navigating multiple software platforms.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving capabilities; adept at interpreting data to drive decisions.
