Position Overview

arenaflex is currently hiring a Remote Data Entry Operator II to join our dedicated team of information professionals. In this pivotal role, you will operate advanced computer systems to transcribe, code, and verify data extracted from a wide variety of document sources, ensuring that information is accurately formatted for seamless computer processing. This position requires a combination of technical skill, keen attention to detail, and the ability to exercise sound judgment in selecting the appropriate procedures for each task. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Operator II at arenaflex, your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Document Review & Data Extraction: Log into secure computer systems to access work queues containing high-quality images of various documents. Carefully review these images and apply established coding lists to accurately transcribe and categorize the information contained within each document.
  • Data Verification & Correction: Perform quality assurance checks on previously extracted information to verify accuracy. When discrepancies are identified, make precise corrections to ensure data integrity and compliance with arenaflex quality standards.
  • Document Optimization: Adjust document orientation, enhance lighting, and optimize image clarity when necessary to ensure all data is legible and can be processed accurately.
  • Reference & Compliance: Consult work instructions, coding manuals, and procedural guidelines as needed to ensure adherence to established protocols. Stay current with any updates to coding systems or processing requirements.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Attend mandatory team meetings, training sessions, and quality reviews to stay aligned with team objectives and organizational goals. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding processing issues or procedural questions.
  • Flexibility & Adaptability: Demonstrate willingness to work scheduled overtime when required, including occasional Saturday shifts, with minimal advance notice. Perform other duties as assigned based on evolving business needs and priorities.
  • Confidentiality & Security: Maintain the highest standards of data confidentiality and information security. Handle sensitive documents with discretion and comply with all security protocols and background check requirements.

Onboarding & Training Schedule

At arenaflex, we invest in your success from day one. Our comprehensive training program is designed to ensure you feel confident and capable in your role:

  • Remote Orientation: Monday, December 2, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This virtual orientation will introduce you to arenaflex, our culture, our tools, and the expectations for your role.
  • Onsite Training: Following orientation, you will complete one week of hands-on training at our Clinton, IA or Janesville, WI facility, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM. This session provides direct mentorship and practical experience with our systems and processes.
  • Remote Training: After completing onsite training, you will continue your training from the comfort of your home, working from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM daily, for approximately five additional weeks. The exact duration may vary depending on security clearance processing times.

Please note: This is a work-from-home position. You must reside within 75 miles of Clinton, IA or Janesville, WI to be eligible for onsite training and to qualify for this role.

Regular Work Schedule

Once training is complete, your regular work hours will offer flexibility, allowing you to work anytime between 4:00 AM and 6:30 PM. This schedule is designed to accommodate your personal needs while ensuring coverage for our operational requirements. Please be aware that overtime can be expected regularly throughout the week and on Saturdays when business demands require additional support. Essential Qualifications & Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following essential requirements:

  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire.
  • Language Proficiency: Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently to ensure clear communication and accurate data processing.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and handle confidential documents with the utmost discretion.
  • Background Checks: Successfully pass and maintain acceptable background checks and security clearances as required by arenaflex and our clients. This is a non-negotiable requirement for all candidates.
  • Technical Aptitude: Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with operating systems, keyboard navigation, and common software applications.
  • Typing Speed: Must be able to type a minimum of 8,000 keystrokes per hour while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Residency: Must reside within 75 miles of Clinton, IA or Janesville, WI and be available for onsite training and any required in-person meetings.
