- Position LES with major primes early in capture lifecycle

- Provide executive-level capture advisory to LES leadership
- Support win strategy and competitive positioning
Required Executive-Level Experience Candidates must demonstrate:
- 12+ years Federal GovCon experience
- 5+ years direct capture leadership responsibility
- Direct involvement in capture for $10M+ federal opportunities
- Experience working inside major federal prime contractor environment
- Demonstrated success influencing pursuits before RFP release
- Deep understanding of Federal or DoD acquisition ecosystem
Highly Valued Background Experience supporting:
- Workforce transformation programs
- Training / human capital / mission performance programs
- Federal civilian or DoD mission programs
- Digital transformation programs with workforce impact
Prime contractor experience strongly preferred. Executive Traits Required
