Mystery Shopper – Dental Experience - Contract to Hire
Description: Collaborate with us as a Mystery Shopper on an international Healthcare experience analysis project. The selected candidate will act as a dentist interested in online marketing for having more patients. After each interaction, the Mystery Shopper will objectively document the experience in order to assess service quality and the overall client journey. This is a 100% online, paid project, fully compatible with other professional activities. Minimum Requirements •We are looking for US-based candidates, proactive and interested in evaluating the experience with marketing agencys for dentists.
- Computer and stable internet reputed company.
- Confident use of email, direct messaging and video calls.
- Native level of English.
- Interest in customer service, sales processes and service quality.
Desirable Requirements
- Previous experience as a Mystery Shopper or in customer experience audits.
- Experience on dental field.
- Professionalism and discretion.
- Willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement.
