Your contribution will be valued, with a compensation package starting at a competitive salary.   Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and proactive Healthcare Recruiter to become an integral part of our dynamic team. This role offers flexible scheduling with the possibility of hybrid remote work arrangements, tailored to your availability. Key Responsibilities  Identify and attract skilled healthcare professionals, including Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Physicians.  Build and maintain strong partnerships with various private healthcare organizations and prominent hospital systems, facilitating effective placements.  Manage a diverse range of provider roles, focusing on both full-time and part-time opportunities to accommodate client requirements.  Collaborate closely with fellow system-based recruiters across our offices in Rochester, NY, North New Jersey, and Atlanta, GA.  Receive mentorship and support from our leadership team, composed of seasoned medical professionals and senior healthcare executives.  Oversee the management of 15 to 20 active searches concurrently, employing your exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. This involves negotiating compensation packages and aiding in the onboarding process for candidates.  Participate in occasional travel, estimated at up to 10% of your time, as needed for client engagements. Required Skills  Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.  Experience in healthcare recruitment or related fields is preferred.  Proficient negotiation skills for compensation discussions.  Familiarity with candidate onboarding processes. Qualifications  Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the healthcare sector.  Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple recruitment searches.  Strong negotiation skills and experience in facilitating onboarding.  Eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Compensation
And Benefits This role is a contractor position, offering a competitive base salary along with a performance-based bonus structure, with potential earnings ranging from (20,000 to over )120,000 annually based on individual performance.
