Key Responsibilities

Design, model, texture, and animate high-quality 3D assets and environments for VR, AR, and interactive installations. Develop concept art, storyboards, and style guides to visually define immersive experiences. Collaborate closely with software engineers, UX/UI designers, and creative directors to translate concepts into functional and visually engaging experiences. Optimize digital assets for real-time performance across various platforms, ensuring high fidelity and smooth frame rates. Create dynamic visual effects (VFX) and motion graphics that enhance the user experience and narrative. Work within established art direction and brand guidelines, while also contributing innovative artistic ideas. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the conceptualization of new immersive projects. Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital art, VR/AR development, and real-time rendering. Provide technical and artistic guidance to junior artists and contribute to team skill development. Ensure efficient asset integration into game engines or development platforms (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine).

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Digital Media, Computer Graphics, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in digital art creation, with a strong focus on 3D modeling, texturing, and animation. Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling and texturing software such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, Substance Painter, and ZBrush. Experience with real-time rendering engines like Unity or Unreal Engine is essential. Strong understanding of PBR workflows, shader development, and optimization techniques for performance. Experience creating assets for VR and AR applications is highly desirable. Knowledge of motion graphics and VFX software such as After Effects and Houdini is a plus. Excellent artistic eye, attention to detail, and a strong sense of composition, color, and lighting. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate creative ideas and technical solutions.
