Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. UK reputed company seeking an Instructional Designer to join their Enterprise Experience, Organizational Development & Learning team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and administering high-quality learning experiences that support compliance, safety, and professional development across the enterprise.
Responsibilities

- Execute annual mandatory safety web-based trainings (WBTs), ensuring reputed company content meets regulatory requirements and accessibility standards

- Instructional design and adult learning expertise
- ELearning authoring tools (reputed company 360, reputed company Captivate)
- SCORM /xAPI configuration and LMS publishing
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements (TJC, OSHA, OIG)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (reputed company Title II and Section 508)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Collaboration and consultation with SMEs and leaders
- Master's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, human resources, or a reputed company field
- Experience with LMS administration (SuccessFactors or equivalent)
- Experience supporting orientation, leadership development, or large-scale enterprise learning programs
- Knowledge of evaluation frameworks (Kirkpatrick model, ROI in learning, etc.)
