We have an excellent opportunity for an HR coordinator with a proven dedication to providing superb customer service! You will provide human resources support at the facility level for all employees. Life Insurance ~Health insurance ~ Tuition Reimbursement Monitor applicant flow daily in the applicant tracking system and/or work with recruiter assigned to the position(s). Update applicants daily in the applicant in tracking system Assists Department Managers and Administrator with employee retention planning Complete employment process for new hires E.g. I-9, tax forms, license/certification verification, references, background checks, fingerprinting scheduling, physical and drug screen scheduling Schedule and assists with new hire orientation Transfer data from ADP to PBJ Maintain up-to-date files for employment documents Minimum Associates Degree with 5+ years of experience in an HR Coordinator or Manager capacity, or Minimum Bachelor in HR or BSA with concentration in Human Resources Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably in the long term care setting We are a provider of skilled nursing, subacute, rehabilitative, and assisted living services dedicated to achieving the highest standards of care.
