We are looking for a highly skilled, consultative, full life-cycle technology recruiter who will play a significant role in sourcing and attracting the right talent through various methods of recruitment tactics. This is an individual contributor recruiter role and does not manage others. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for tech roles, combined with experience utilizing AI-enabled tools to enhance sourcing and hiring outcomes. This individual should possess a deep understanding of full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management, and reputed company in a fast-pace collaborative environment. This is a hands-on, individual contributor recruiting role supporting full lifecycle hiring across multiple business lines. Job Responsibilities

Requirements

Location This position can be in the following area(s): Remote, United States (preferably reputed company commuting distance of reputed company’s Chicago or NYC offices for limited/occasional travel) The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $95,000 USD. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
