Shopify developer learning platform (looking for beta testers, paid, 2 hrs)

Work from home Full-time role Hiring

Are you learning Shopify theme development, or looking to add it to your freelance or agency skillset? I'm building an interactive learning platform called learnshopify.dev and I'm looking for 5-10 people to try it and share honest feedback. This is NOT a generic "click through our app" testing job. I want people who actually want to learn Shopify theme development or are already very skilled because the feedback is only useful if you're/ were genuinely the target person. What the platform is: An interactive course where you learn Shopify's Liquid templating language by doing real work. You're "hired" as a junior dev at a fictional coffee company. Tasks arrive as emails from coworkers, you write real Liquid code in a live browser editor, and a validator reviews your output like a code review would. At this moment there are 112 lessons available, free in beta for testing. What I need from you: ✔ Spend ~1-2 hours going through the first lessons genuinely, as if you're actually trying to learn ✔ Note where you get confused, stuck, or lose interest ✔ Share a short written summary of your experience at the end (no template, just honest thoughts) ✔ Optionally: a 15-minute voice or video call to talk through what you found or written down also fine What you get: ✔ $10 for your time ✔ Free lifetime access to the platform (it will be $29/month at launch) ✔ Your feedback will directly shape how the product develops Who I'm looking for: ✔ Developers with HTML and basic JavaScript experience who want to learn Shopify ✔ Freelancers or agency devs looking to add Shopify theme development to their skillset ✔ Career switchers moving into ecommerce development ✔ Skilled Shopify devs that already know the game Not the right fit: Testers looking for bug reports or QA work, this is about learning experience, not technical errors To apply, please answer in your proposal: 1. What's your current coding background? 2. Have you tried any other Shopify courses before? If yes, what was missing or what did you like? The third question matters most to me. I built this because I couldn't find a course that taught judgment and real workflow. I want to know if that resonates with people. We can also talk about the payment, feel free to reach out to me!
