Remote Office Coordinator & Dispatcher
Remote Office Coordinator & Dispatcher $16/hour + Performance Bonuses Precision Clean is seeking a dependable Office Coordinator & Dispatcher to support our residential, commercial, and Airbnb cleaning divisions. This is a remote position; however, applicants must live locally and be available for weekly in-person meetings. What You'll Do:
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Follow up with new leads and quote requests
- Schedule and dispatch cleaning appointments
- Assist with hiring and onboarding tasks
- Send invoices and maintain customer records
- Coordinate communication between clients and cleaning teams
- Help resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes
What We're Looking For:
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask and problem solve independently
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Previous office, dispatch, customer service, or sales experience preferred
Requirements:
- Must live locally and attend weekly meetings
- Reliable internet connection
- Quiet work-from-home environment
- Personal computer and phone required during the initial training period
- Company equipment may be provided after successful completion of the introductory employment period (typically 30 days)
- Proficient with computers, email, and scheduling software
