About the Role: Fiber Customer Support Analyst
Are you a natural troubleshooter with a passion for technology and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction? arenaflex is seeking a dedicated and skilled Fiber Customer Support Analyst to join our dynamic remote support team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for Fios customers, providing exceptional technical support for their voice, data, and video services. You will be the trusted advisor who helps our customers navigate the digital world with confidence, resolving issues related to hardware, software, applications, networks, and devices.
This is a remote position based within 75 miles of the reporting location, offering you the flexibility to work from home while staying connected to a collaborative and supportive team. You will attend occasional in-person trainings and team meetings to foster camaraderie and ensure alignment with arenaflex's mission and standards.
Key Responsibilities
As a Fiber Customer Support Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the exceptional service standards that define our brand. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Customer Interaction Excellence: Answering incoming calls from customers with order inquiries and trouble reports, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism in every interaction.
- Service Support Delivery: Providing comprehensive support for Voice, Data, and Video services and features across our advanced fiber and copper networks, ensuring customers receive accurate and timely resolutions.
- Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Performing in-depth analysis and isolation of trouble conditions, creating detailed trouble reports, and sorting issues by priority to ensure efficient resolution pathways.
- Technical Configuration: Utilizing your knowledge of communication and networking components to assist customers with service support and the configuration of customer equipment, including routers, modems, and set-top boxes.
- Clear Communication: Translating complex technical and industry information into accessible language tailored to each customer's level of understanding, fostering trust and clarity.
- Flexible Scheduling: Working evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by business needs, ensuring our customers receive support when they need it most.
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying recurring issues and providing feedback to internal teams to drive product enhancements and process improvements.

- Competitive Weekly Compensation: For hires in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, and Washington, D.C., compensation ranges between $670.00 and $1,774.50 weekly, based on a full-time schedule and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive-based position with the potential to earn more based on performance.
