Key Responsibilities

  • Multi‑Channel Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries received via phone, voicemail, in‑app messaging, email, web chat, and social media platforms, ensuring each interaction is handled with empathy and professionalism.
  • Operational Tasks: Manage identity verifications, ACH requests, credit‑card disputes, chargebacks, and other day‑to‑day operational functions with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with internal teams—including product, compliance, finance, and engineering—as well as external partners to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical or transactional problems.
  • Product Mastery: Continuously build and maintain expert‑level knowledge of the arenaflex app, lottery regulations, and payment processing systems to provide accurate guidance.
  • Feedback Loop: Capture recurring user pain points and share actionable insights with product and design teams to drive continuous improvement of the user experience.
  • Documentation: Accurately log all support interactions in our ticketing system, ensuring data integrity and facilitating future reference for the support team.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to user reviews on app stores and social media, turning public feedback into opportunities for brand advocacy.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in high‑volume B2C customer support, preferably within fintech, gaming, or mobile app environments.
  • Hands‑on proficiency with leading support platforms such as Helpshift, Zendesk, or similar ticketing systems.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and courteously.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, enabling you to serve a diverse user base across the United States.
  • Demonstrated experience interacting with customers via social media channels, app‑store reviews, and community forums.
  • Solid understanding of payment processing workflows, including ACH transfers, credit‑card transactions, and dispute resolution procedures.
