  • Develop and update merchant rebate revenue scorecards, providing clear visualizations of key performance indicators for senior leadership.
  • Facilitate data normalization and communication across multiple pricing teams to ensure consistency in reporting and analysis.
  • Support external audits by investigating discrepancies, coordinating with regional pricing groups, and managing remediation actions.
  • Conduct ad‑hoc data analyses to identify rebate rate variances, uncover trends, and surface actionable insights for the pricing strategy team.
  • Collaborate closely with finance, analytics, and merchant operations partners to align data definitions, improve data quality, and streamline workflows.
  • Document processes, maintain data dictionaries, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the efficiency of the rebate reporting function.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services, payments, or related finance roles, with a proven track record of handling large data sets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a closely related field.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, macros, and data visualization techniques.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build and interpret financial models, extract insights, and communicate findings clearly.
  • Experience with programming languages or query tools such as SQL, SAS, or Python is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non‑technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Exposure to merchant rebate programs, pricing analytics, or revenue management within a payments ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create interactive dashboards for senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a high‑velocity, remote work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit that fosters teamwork across geographically dispersed groups.
  • Proactive problem‑solving attitude, with a willingness to challenge conventional approaches and propose innovative solutions.

Core Competencies for Success
