Key Responsibilities

  • Report Assembly & Reconciliation: Generate, format, and distribute regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; reconcile data discrepancies and flag anomalies for further review.
  • Clerical Support: Perform traditional office duties—including filing, copying, faxing (digital equivalents), scanning, and document archiving—while adhering to arenaflex’s digital‑first policies.
  • Cross‑Department Communication: Serve as a liaison between operations, finance, HR, and customer service teams, ensuring timely and clear information exchange.
