Key Responsibilities & Duties

In this role, you will be accountable for the full lifecycle of client engagement, from onboarding to post‑sale growth. Your day‑to‑day activities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of named APAC accounts, ensuring each campaign meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, mastering arenaflex’s suite of demand‑generation solutions, and articulating their value to clients.
  • Coordinating with internal subject‑matter experts—including campaign strategists, data analysts, and creative teams—to deliver high‑quality leads and campaign outcomes.
  • Partnering closely with the Sales team throughout the proposal‑to‑delivery process, identifying integration requirements, operational constraints, and ensuring seamless hand‑offs.
  • Preparing and managing account documentation such as performance reports, RFP responses, strategic recommendations, and renewal proposals.
  • Owning post‑sale account management, driving account expansion through proactive communication, onboarding support, and continuous service excellence.
  • Identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities based on client needs, campaign performance data, and emerging market trends.
  • Escalating complex issues to senior leadership or specialized teams while maintaining ownership of resolution timelines and client satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should bring the following core experience and attributes:

  • Minimum of two years experience in account management, customer success, or a related client‑facing role, preferably within a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle 30+ client accounts simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of delivering on deadlines and managing multiple priorities in a remote setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with genuine empathy for client goals and challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), CRM platforms, ticketing/tracking systems, and the ability to quickly adapt to custom‑built software.
  • Self‑starter mindset: capable of working independently with minimal supervision while also thriving in collaborative team environments.
  • Analytical problem‑solving abilities, enabling you to diagnose and resolve basic to intermediate client issues and recognize when escalation is required.

  • Multilingual capabilities, especially proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, or Korean, to enhance client communication across the region.
