Key Responsibilities

As a Platinum Customer Care Professional, you will:

  • Deliver Extraordinary Service: Handle a high volume of inbound calls with poise, ensuring each interaction reflects a “Customer First” mindset.
  • Consult and Personalize: Listen attentively to card members, uncovering their needs and tailoring unique solutions that highlight the benefits of their membership.
  • Drive Loyalty Through Recommendations: Offer relevant product and benefit enrollments that deepen engagement and foster long‑term loyalty.
  • Develop Selling Skills: Leverage your service‑oriented personality to strengthen relationships and increase brand affinity.
  • Case Management & Fraud Analysis: Intake, investigate, and resolve fraud and dispute cases, protecting both members and merchants.
  • Utilize Tools & Resources: Identify custom solutions, anticipate needs, and aim for first‑point‑of‑contact resolution.
  • Achieve Performance Targets: Meet and exceed metrics related to sales rates, quality standards, compliance, productivity, and overall customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

  • Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal skills that enable natural, effective conversations with card members.
  • Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to manage a steady stream of calls, maintain positivity under pressure, and adapt to changing circumstances.

Work Schedule & Environment

We understand that flexibility is key to work‑life balance. This role offers:

  • Shift flexibility between 6:00 am – 2:00 am, including weekends.
  • A hybrid model with an expectation of three on‑site days per week, complemented by remote work options.
