This is a full‑remote position open to candidates located in the United States, with a particular focus on Texas, but open to any qualified applicant nationwide. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Entry: Input data from scanned images into the QuickClaim system with a focus on speed and precision.
  • Document Classification: Identify and categorize document types according to detailed guidelines, ensuring proper routing for downstream processes.
  • Quality Assurance: Review entered data against quality standards, flag inconsistencies, and perform corrective actions as needed.
  • HIPAA Compliance: Safeguard Personal Health Information (PHI) in strict accordance with HIPAA regulations and internal security protocols.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teammates, supervisors, and cross‑functional partners to resolve data ambiguities and improve workflow efficiency.

  • Shift Options: Flexible scheduling between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, to accommodate diverse lifestyles.
