Director, Solution Enablement

The Director, Solution Enablement leads early-stage discovery, Business Architecture, and readiness across Engineering Services and Delivery. This role ensures initiatives are well-defined, accurately scoped, and collaboratively estimated by partnering with Architecture, Engineering, Quality Engineering, PMO, and Business Operations. The Director creates a strong foundation for predictable delivery outcomes by aligning business strategy, cost, and timelines before execution begins.
