Project Coordinator Maumee, OH $21-$25/HR We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator in the Greater Toledo area. This role would be supporting Senior Project Managers by assisting with proposals, quotes, order processing, vendor coordination, and project execution to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.

Responsibilities

Prepare project proposals, estimates, and customer quotes. Process orders and internal project requests. Coordinate production requests, rental requests, service requests, and purchase orders. Manage order revisions, return authorizations, and shipment/freight notifications. Source materials and coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and lead times. Maintain vendor relationships and sales department vendor files. Track projects, orders, and assignments using company software. Assist with installation and dismantle coordination. Prepare art grids and production documentation. Monitor project timelines and meet multiple deadlines. Provide updates and status reports to management. Support customer demos, exhibit preparation, seminars, and marketing activities as needed. Participate in company meetings and provide additional operational support when required.

Qualifications

Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Strong math, problem-solving, and mechanical aptitude. Ability to visualize 3D concepts and project layouts. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to project completion. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with project tracking software preferred. Education Associate degree or technical school training preferred but not required. 1+ year of related project coordination, administrative, or customer support experience preferred.
