About the Role

Customer Support Specialist (Remote – Part-Time) As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will serve as the friendly voice and helpful resource that customers encounter when they reach out for assistance. You will be the first point of contact for pet parents seeking guidance, support, or solutions to their inquiries. Key Responsibilities

Multi-Channel Customer Engagement Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and live chat. You'll be the friendly face of arenaflex, ready to assist with warmth and efficiency across all communication platforms. Product and Order Assistance Provide comprehensive information about arenaflex's extensive catalog of pet products, including food, toys, accessories, medications, and health supplies. Guide customers through order placement, track shipments, and address any shipping-related concerns. Issue Resolution Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and precision. Strive for first-call resolution whenever possible, ensuring that customers leave every interaction feeling satisfied and valued. System Navigation proficiently navigate multiple internal systems and platforms to access, update, and manage customer information accurately. Maintain detailed records of all interactions to ensure seamless customer experiences. Product Education Educate customers on arenaflex's products, services, subscription options, and policies. Help pet parents make informed decisions about the best products for their pets' specific needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with departments including fulfillment, logistics, product management, and senior support teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions for customers. Performance Excellence Meet or exceed established performance metrics including response time, customer satisfaction scores (CSAT), quality assurance standards, and productivity targets. Continuous Improvement Actively participate in team meetings, share feedback on processes, and contribute ideas for enhancing the overall customer support experience. Stay current with new product launches, policy changes, and industry trends.
