Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Community Engagement Specialist at arenaflex, your daily work will center on monitoring live chat environments, supporting community members, and upholding platform standards.   • Real-Time Chat Monitoring: Actively observe and review live chat conversations across multiple client platforms to identify spam, harassment, misinformation, hate speech, and other violations of community guidelines.
  • User Engagement and Support: Welcome new participants, answer questions, and help guide conversations in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
  • Conflict Resolution: Step in promptly to de-escalate disputes between users, mediate disagreements, and apply warning, timeout, or removal protocols when necessary.
  • Content Curation: Highlight valuable user contributions, surface trending discussions, and help drive positive participation within the community.
