Key Responsibilities

  • Answer a high volume of inbound calls and live‑chat sessions, delivering prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance to arenaflex members.
  • Identify member needs and provide tailored solutions, ranging from general product questions to complex issues involving online orders, tracking, and deliveries.
  • Process refunds, exchanges, and other financial adjustments in accordance with arenaflex policies.
  • Serve as the liaison between arenaflex members, vendors, purchasing, and logistics teams to resolve cross‑functional challenges.
  • Navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously on dual or triple monitors while maintaining a professional demeanor on the phone or chat.
  • Apply critical thinking and decisive problem‑solving skills to diagnose and resolve product, order, and delivery concerns.
  • Document interactions accurately in arenaflex’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and facilitating future reference.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, including a mandatory 14‑day online Business Service Specialist Certification program.
  • Maintain flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and split shifts, to meet the evolving needs of arenaflex’s member base.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Prior customer support or call‑center experience is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with computer systems, comfortable using multiple software platforms concurrently.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
  • Problem‑Solving: Demonstrated ability to think analytically, make sound decisions, and take ownership of issues.
