About This Position At arenaflex, we understand that exceptional talent drives exceptional results. Our Global Treasury Management (GTM) division within Enterprise Functions is looking for an Associate Analytics Assistant to support our analytical and reporting operations. This role is designed for professionals who thrive in data-driven environments and are eager to make an impact. As a Remote Data Entry Specialist – Analytics Assistant, you will be responsible for gathering, organizing, and analyzing data related to work volume, individual productivity, quality metrics, and key performance indicators. You will leverage your expertise in database queries and spreadsheets to create meaningful reports that drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Data Research and Analysis: Research, gather, and report on work volume, individual volume, productivity, quality, and other key statistical data to support business operations and decision-making processes.
- Reporting and Database Management: Create and maintain reporting using database queries and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all analytical outputs.
- Administrative Support: Perform everyday administrative, tool-related, and operational manual tasks essential to the smooth functioning of the analytics team.
- Information Coordination: Coordinate, monitor, and generate everyday production of information used in analytics, ensuring all data is properly documented and accessible.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly acquire feedback from the manager and proactively identify areas for improvement, escalating questions and issues to more experienced team members when necessary.
- Collaboration and Communication: Interact with immediate team members, peers, and managers on policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistent workflows and positive outcomes.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of data quality and accuracy, implementing verification checks and correcting errors promptly.
- Technology Utilization: Utilize various software tools and platforms to manage data entry, analysis, and reporting tasks efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 6+ months of Administrative or Reporting experience is required. This can be demonstrated through previous work experience, training, military service, education, or a combination of these elements.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly intermediate levels of Excel and Access for data management and reporting.
- Analytical Skills: Knowledge of reporting, manipulating data, and identifying trends within datasets.
- Spreadsheet Expertise: Strong proficiency in working with spreadsheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Capability to provide process enhancements and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff, management, and external partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Software Knowledge: Familiarity with Monarch Software or similar data entry and management platforms.
- Data Analysis Tools: Experience with additional data analysis and reporting tools beyond the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in financial services, banking, or related industries is a plus.
