Responsibilities
- Review and assess analytical rubrics for computational genomics projects
- Evaluate sequence alignment strategies and CRISPR design tools
- Interpret and synthesize results from large-scale genomics datasets
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to recommend data-driven improvements
- Document findings and provide clear, actionable feedback to stakeholders
- Contribute to development of guidelines and standards for data analysis
- Stay updated on advancements in computational biology and genomics
Skills
- Strong experience in sequence alignment and genomics data analysis
- Familiarity with CRISPR design tools and bioinformatics workflows
- Strong proficiency in handling large-scale biological datasets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in quality assurance or rubric evaluation processes
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
