Junior Management Consultant, Strategy & Operations

Our client is seeking an ambitious and intellectually curious Junior Management Consultant to join their growing practice in Dallas, Texas, US . This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with 1-2 years of experience who are eager to launch a career in management consulting, focusing on strategy development and operational improvement. You will work closely with experienced consultants and senior client executives to analyze complex business challenges, identify opportunities for growth and efficiency, and develop actionable recommendations. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for flexibility while ensuring strong team collaboration and client engagement. You will gain exposure to diverse industries and business functions, developing a robust toolkit of consulting methodologies.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking. Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify key business drivers and performance gaps. Assist in the development of strategic plans, business models, and operational improvement initiatives. Prepare presentation materials and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to clients. Collaborate with client teams to facilitate the implementation of agreed-upon solutions. Support senior consultants in project management activities. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Continuously learn and apply new consulting frameworks and analytical techniques. Contribute to the firm's knowledge management and business development efforts.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; a strong academic record is essential. 0-2 years of relevant experience, internships in consulting, finance, or strategy roles are highly valued. Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to solve complex problems. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely. High degree of initiative, a proactive approach, and a strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Demonstrated interest in business strategy and operational improvement. Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.
