This role will play a key part in driving business analysis activities across investment operations, accounting, and data initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to define requirements, support solution design, and help deliver large-scale transformation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to identify business needs and define future-state solutions
- reputed company business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, user stories, and supporting documentation
- Analyze reputed company operating models and identify opportunities for process improvement, enhanced controls, and data quality enhancements
- Support reputed company operating model design and business process transformation efforts
- Collaborate with business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure alignment between requirements and delivered solutions
- Maintain key project artifacts, including requirements traceability, decision logs, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Support testing activities by defining business scenarios, acceptance criteria, and validation approaches
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior analysts where applicable
Qualifications
- 10+ years of Business Analysis experience reputed company Asset Management/Investment Management/Insurance
- Strong understanding of investment operations, investment accounting, portfolio accounting, valuation, and performance reporting
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs, including process redesign, data initiatives, system implementations, or operating model changes
- Demonstrated ability to translate reputed company business requirements into clear, structured documentation and actionable solutions
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and influencing skills
- Experience working across business, technology, and vendor teams in reputed company environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity reputed company fast-paced transformation programs
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to investment data management, data governance, or enterprise data initiatives
- Experience with insurance asset management organizations or reputed company multi-entity investment structures
- Knowledge of public markets, fixed income, private investments, and alternative asset classes
