Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Wisconsin State Bar and in good standing with the State Bar. Reside in the state of Wisconsin. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, business formation, and related areas of law. Familiarity with special needs planning is highly desirable. Existing private practice. Medicaid planning is a plus Reciprocity with adjacent state is a plus
