Job Description

Southwest Airlines is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Online Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our dedicated team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with Southwest Airlines. Responsibilities – Provide timely and accurate information to customers via phone, email, and chat. – Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner. – Assist customers with booking, changing, and canceling reservations. – Resolve issues related to flight schedules, baggage, and other travel-related concerns. – Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. – Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Southwest Airlines policies, procedures, and flight schedules. – Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system. Requirements – High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. – Previous customer service experience, especially in the airline or travel industry, is a plus. – Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. – Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. – Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude. – Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications. – Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
