Role Overview – Virtual Customer Support Associate (Seasonal/Contractual)

As a Virtual Customer Support Associate for arenaxflex, you will become the first point of contact for customers across Maharashtra’s Tier‑B cities. You will handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email, addressing a wide range of topics—from order status and product details to payment issues and website navigation. Your primary goal is to prevent problems, resolve queries efficiently, and delight customers with every interaction.
