Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day
- Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers both inside the retail center and on the lot, providing clear information about arenaflex products, services, and rental options.
- Technology Utilization: Operate the arenaflex Scan smartphone platform to process rentals, manage inventory, and generate accurate invoices.
- Equipment Handling: Safely move, hook up, and position arenaflex trucks, trailers, and auxiliary equipment, ensuring each unit is ready for customer use.
- Inspection & Maintenance: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles and trailers, checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and overall condition; clean and prepare equipment for the next rental.
- Installation Services: Install hitches, trailer wiring, and other accessories as requested, following safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
- Fuel & Propane Services: Fill propane tanks and perform related safety checks after completing certification training provided by arenaxflex.
- Forklift Operation: Operate a forklift to move heavy equipment, after receiving on‑the‑job certification.
- Documentation: Prepare rental agreements, process returns, and ensure all paperwork is accurate and compliant with arenaflex policies.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing education through arenaflex University, staying current on product knowledge, safety standards, and customer service best practices.
- Team Collaboration: Support teammates with cross‑training, share insights, and contribute to a positive, solution‑focused work environment.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned, ranging from inventory audits to special promotional events.
Minimum Qualifications – What We Require
