Your work will directly support these operations, ensuring that the infrastructure powering modern communication remains protected against emerging threats. If you are ready to push the boundaries of what is possible in cybersecurity, this role is your next great adventure.

About the Role

As a Remote Cybersecurity Penetration Testing Specialist at arenaflex, you will perform in-depth penetration testing and vulnerability assessments of computer network intrusion vectors, with a particular focus on mobile telecommunication systems. You will generate comprehensive security reports, contribute to the design of robust security architectures, and assist in the implementation of advanced protective measures. Our team is looking for creative, resourceful minds who are eager to use new tools and develop next-generation security methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough penetration testing and vulnerability assessments of computer networks, focusing on intrusion vectors and mitigation strategies specific to mobile telecommunication systems.
  • Perform security analysis of 4G, LTE, and 5G network architectures, identifying weaknesses and recommending improvements.
  • Design, implement, and validate security solutions aligned with industry best practices and emerging threat landscapes.
  • Generate detailed security reports for both technical and executive audiences, clearly communicating findings, risk levels, and remediation strategies.
  • Operate within virtual machines and containerized environments to deploy, test, and analyze the security posture of target systems.
  • Develop and refine scripts and tools using languages such as Python, Perl, Bash, or Ruby to automate testing procedures and enhance analysis capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data science initiatives, virtual reality programs, augmented reality projects, and other innovative research efforts.
  • Support incident response activities as needed, providing expert analysis and recommendations based on security findings.
  • Stay current with the latest cybersecurity trends, threat intelligence, and emerging technologies to continuously improve defensive and offensive security strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of new security methodologies and frameworks that will shape the future of 5G and beyond.
