  • Policy and Benefits Guidance: Assist members with questions related to their health insurance plans, coverage options, claims status, billing inquiries, and general policy information, ensuring clarity and accuracy in every interaction.
  • Product and Service Education: Clearly explain arenaflex products, wellness programs, preventive care initiatives, and value-added benefits so members can make informed healthcare decisions.
  • Issue Resolution and Escalation: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including claims, clinical support, billing, and IT to resolve complex member issues efficiently and with empathy.
  • Documentation and Accuracy: Maintain detailed, accurate, and compliant records of all member interactions using our proprietary customer relationship management (CRM) platform.
