Position Overview

As an Entry Level Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play an essential role in supporting the Digital Operations Client Services team based in Milan, Italy, while working remotely from your home office. You will contribute to the operational backbone of our advertising sales efforts, ensuring that campaign data, inventory records, and partner information are captured, organized, and maintained with absolute accuracy.

This role serves as a gateway into the broader world of digital advertising operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain advertising campaign data across internal systems and platforms, including order details, inventory allocations, and partner information.
  • Support the Digital Operations Client Services team with pre-sale planning tasks, including media plan creation and inventory forecasting.
  • Assist with campaign setup, ensuring all inputs are correctly captured to enable smooth campaign launches across digital properties such as websites, mobile applications, social platforms, and connected television environments.
  • Process and verify advertising orders, including data entry for deal IDs, creative assets, targeting parameters, and tracking specifications.
  • Generate reports on campaign performance, inventory utilization, and revenue tracking using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and internal dashboards.
  • Help prepare documentation that explains internal processes, standard operating procedures, and best practices for the wider team.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives, account managers, and finance partners to ensure data accuracy across the campaign lifecycle — from planning through invoicing.
  • Investigate and resolve basic data discrepancies by liaising with global Advertising Platforms support teams.
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance efforts for potential advertising technology vendor integrations, providing feedback and observations to senior team members.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements to operational workflows.
  • Maintain organized digital records and filing systems to ensure all documentation is easily accessible and audit-ready.
  • Stay informed about industry developments in digital advertising, data privacy regulations, and emerging technologies.
  • Support training efforts for future new hires by helping create onboarding materials and reference guides.
