What You Will Do at arenaflex

As a Remote Research Associate – K-12 & Higher Education Data Verification Specialist, you will be the backbone of our outbound research operations. Your work will directly support arenaflex's brand partners by ensuring they have the most accurate, up-to-date contact information for decision-makers in education. Core Responsibilities

• Conduct Outbound Research Calls: Your primary responsibility will be to research and verify contact information for leadership positions across K-12 school districts and higher education institutions throughout the United States. You will initiate calls to district offices, navigate complex phone trees, and connect with the appropriate personnel to confirm or update records.
• Navigate Phone Trees and Reach Decision-Makers: You will demonstrate patience, resourcefulness, and critical thinking as you maneuver through automated phone systems and gatekeepers to reach the right contacts. Your ability to think on your feet and adapt your approach will be essential to your success.
• Verify and Confirm Critical Data: You will be responsible for confirming phone numbers, email addresses, titles, and other relevant information provided to you. Accuracy is paramount, as the data you collect will inform the strategies of arenaflex's brand partners.
