We are seeking an experienced, self-driven professional to join us as a Customer Experience Strategy & Transformation Professional 2. In this role, you will lead transformational initiatives that shape the consumer journey, influence executive-level decision-making, and bring the strategic roadmap of arenaflex to life. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home anywhere in the United States while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the country.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Strategy & Transformation Professional 2 at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a diverse portfolio of strategic initiatives. Your day-to-day work will blend analytical rigor, creative problem-solving, and stakeholder management. Below are the core responsibilities you can expect to own:

  • Architect Transformational Experiences: Design, develop, and refine consumer experience strategies that align with the broader vision of arenaflex. You will identify opportunities to enhance every touchpoint of the customer journey and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Drive complex, multi-departmental projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned, timelines are met, and outcomes are achieved. You will serve as a connector between strategy, operations, and execution teams.
  • Build Business Cases: Develop comprehensive business cases and cost-benefit analyses to support new initiatives. You will use data-driven reasoning to advocate for investments that will have the greatest impact on the consumer experience.
  • Portfolio Management: Maintain visibility into the full portfolio of experience transformation initiatives. Prioritize projects based on strategic value, risk, resource availability, and expected ROI. Ensure that attention and budget are directed toward the highest-impact efforts.
  • Performance Reporting & Visualization: Leverage metrics, KPIs, and data visualization tools to report on portfolio performance. Present insights to leadership and support data-informed decision-making at the team and organizational level.
  • Market & Industry Research: Stay current on healthcare market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies. Translate these insights into strategic recommendations that keep arenaflex ahead of the curve.
  • Operational Integration: Ensure that all customer experiences are operationally compatible and integrated across the organization. Identify gaps in current processes and recommend solutions that improve cohesion.
  • Storytelling & Communication: Partner with internal teams to craft compelling narratives about the value proposition of arenaflex's experience portfolio. Communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely to audiences ranging from frontline staff to executive leadership.
  • Strategic Alignment: Interpret departmental and organizational strategy, understanding how it connects to broader company objectives. Make independent decisions about work methods and project direction, seeking guidance only when necessary.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to refine existing processes, tools, and frameworks. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Experience Strategy & Transformation team.

Required Qualifications

To excel in this role at arenaflex, you will need a strong blend of strategic thinking, analytical capability, and leadership presence. We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of demonstrated experience in understanding the strategic, operational, and tactical needs of target customers while managing the process, planning, prioritization, and monitoring of supported initiatives.
  • Strategic Agility: Able to navigate the dimensions and constraints of organizational agility, strategy, risk, and resources, balancing them as part of the portfolio and organizational decision-making process.
  • Business Case Development: Strong proficiency in business case development and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Data-Driven Problem Solving: A proven track record of structuring a data-driven approach to complex business problems.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven success leading cross-functional projects to completion, working across teams, departments, and senior leaders.
  • Data Visualization: Use metrics and data visualization effectively to report portfolio performance and support decision-making at the team and organizational level.
  • Integration Acumen: Ensure compatibility, operational, and integration across all customer experiences.
  • Prioritization Skills: Managing priorities to bring the right level of attention and budget needs to the initiatives that will have the most significant impact on the portfolio.
  • Market Knowledge: Knowledge of market and industry trends, with the ability to set and track key KPIs.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Monday.com, and Lucid.
  • Analytics Experience: Experience with qualitative and quantitative data analytics.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly motivated, self-driven, and hands-on with a high level of accountability.
  • Business & Technology Acumen: Basic acumen of technology and business operations.
  • Storytelling: Closely work with partners to deliver a compelling story about the portfolio's overall value proposition.
  • Detail Orientation: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Critical Thinking: A critical thinker who can anticipate team needs, take initiative, present ideas, ask the right questions, and deliver the highest quality work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare, pharmacy, or insurance industry.
  • Familiarity with senior-focused primary care, home health services, or pharmacy benefit management.
  • Experience working in a remote, distributed team environment.
  • Certification in project management (PMP, Six Sigma, or equivalent).

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package designed to attract and retain top talent. The pay range for this position is $57,700 to $79,500 per year, based on demonstrated job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications. Geographic location may also influence the final offer. This position is additionally eligible for a bonus incentive plan tied to company and individual performance.
