We are seeking a highly skilled, AI-enabled Performance Marketing Consultant to take ownership of our Meta and Google advertising ecosystem and drive measurable revenue growth, improved ROAS, and stronger customer acquisition. The Opportunity This is not a traditional agency management role. We are looking for a hands-on growth operator who can rapidly audit, optimize, and scale our Meta and Google Ads accounts while leveraging AI tools to uncover opportunities, improve campaign performance, and generate meaningful business results. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate measurable improvements within the first 3–4 weeks of engagement. Key Responsibilities

Meta Ads Management Conduct a complete audit of existing Meta campaigns Analyze campaign structure, audiences, creatives, and attribution Identify inefficiencies and wasted spend Optimize campaign architecture Build and scale winning audiences Develop advanced retargeting strategies Improve customer acquisition efficiency Launch and manage A/B tests Monitor and improve campaign performance daily Google Ads Management Conduct a comprehensive audit of all Google Ads campaigns Review: Search Campaigns Shopping Campaigns Performance Max Campaigns Display Campaigns YouTube Campaigns Improve keyword targeting and coverage Build and maintain robust negative keyword lists Improve Quality Scores Improve campaign structure Improve conversion tracking Identify opportunities for scaling profitable campaigns Keyword Research & Harvesting Conduct deep keyword research Identify: High-converting keywords Emerging search opportunities Competitor keyword opportunities Long-tail keyword opportunities Develop a systematic keyword harvesting process Build ongoing keyword expansion strategies Translate paid search insights into SEO opportunities AI-Powered Account Optimization The successful candidate must have significant experience using AI to improve advertising performance. Required AI Experience Demonstrated expertise using: Claude AI ChatGPT Other advanced AI tools AI Responsibilities Use AI to: Analyze advertising account performance and present in the dashboard or automated reports Review large datasets quickly and accurately Identify trends and anomalies Surface growth opportunities Improve keyword research and harvesting Optimize ad copy and creative testing Improve campaign structures Generate performance recommendations Produce executive-level reporting and analysis Candidates should be able to clearly explain how AI is incorporated into their workflow and how it drives better results than traditional account management approaches. Landing Page & Funnel Optimization Review and provide recommendations for: Product Pages Collection Pages Landing Pages Checkout Flow Conversion Funnels Identify opportunities to improve: Conversion Rates Average Order Value Customer Acquisition Efficiency Revenue Per Visitor Performance Analysis & Reporting Provide weekly reporting and insights covering: Spend Revenue ROAS CPA Conversion Rate CTR CPC Impression Share Keyword Performance Campaign Performance Audience Performance Reports should focus on: Insights Root causes Opportunities Action plans Not simply reporting metrics. Expected Results Pre-Work Complete account audits Identify quick wins Present findings and optimization roadmap Week 1 Implement campaign restructuring Launch keyword improvements Improve bidding and targeting Week 2 Launch testing initiatives Expand keyword harvesting Optimize budget allocation Week 3-4 Deliver measurable account improvements Present growth opportunities and scaling plan We expect to see meaningful movement in account performance within the first 30 days.
