In this role, you'll design and develop sophisticated software solutions that contribute to improving health and environmental outcomes. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies across cloud platforms, data integration, AI/ML, and enterprise systems to deliver robust applications that power our essential operations. Working in an agile environment, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect, implement and optimize solutions across various platforms including AWS, Azure, ServiceNow, and enterprise systems. You'll have the opportunity to drive technical innovation while supporting the growth of other developers and establishing best practices for software development excellence. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification Minimum 8 years of experience in systems development and architecture. Major Job Responsibilities: Strong expertise in one or more major development platforms (Java /Python/JavaScript) Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms and services (AWS/Azure) Proficiency in database technologies and SQL Proficiency in API development and integration (REST, SOAP, microservices) Experience with modern development frameworks and tools (React, Angular, Spring Boot) Strong understanding of API design and microservices architecture Expertise in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Expertise in agile development methodologies Experience with enterprise systems integration Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience guiding and supporting team members' professional development Experience with version control systems and project management tools Experience guiding and supporting other developers Experience with AI/ML technologies and frameworks preferred Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements Participation in on-call support rotation as needed Strong documentation and technical writing skills Must Have skills: Strong proficiency in Java/Spring (Spring Boot) based applications.
