IT Operations Manager (Infrastructure)

The client provides a robust platform in the iGaming industry, aiming to deliver seamless gaming experiences across diverse markets. Role Overview Join as an IT Operations Manager (Infrastructure) and lead the transformation of the company's IT landscape. This role offers a unique opportunity to build, maintain, and scale a fully remote corporate IT infrastructure. You'll play a crucial role in preparing the infrastructure for business growth and team scaling, ensuring that systems are secure and efficient for a global workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and scale the company’s internal IT infrastructure. Administer Google Workspace, corporate email, internal services, and collaboration tools. Design and maintain a role-based access control (RBAC) model across the organization. Manage access to business-critical tools such as Telegram, Slack, Jira, Confluence, and CRM platforms. Develop and oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, contractors, and external partners. Manage critical accounts and ensure the security of the corporate environment. Maintain a register of tools and vendors, including license management and cost tracking. Requirements 5+ years of experience in iGaming / Online Casino environments is required. Proven experience managing corporate IT infrastructure and internal IT operations. Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace. Strong practical experience designing and implementing access management and corporate security processes. Solid understanding of information security principles, risk management, and protection of critical business accounts. Languages: English, Russian. Key Soft Skills Strong problem-solving abilities.
