Senior Engineer, Industrial Automation

Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience: 2.5+ years
- Exposure to Siemens WinCC OA, SCADA, and Industrial Automation systems
- Basic experience with PLC Programming and System Integration
- Knowledge of Industrial Communication Protocols (OPC, Modbus, Profinet)
- Basic scripting capability and programming knowledge (Python, C++, JavaScript, or similar)
- Understanding of Industrial Networking and OT environments
- Experience supporting testing, commissioning, validation, and troubleshooting activities
- Preferred domain experience in Water & Wastewater, Chemicals, or Food & Beverage
- Strong learning mindset, attention to detail, and good communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in developing and configuring WinCC OA-based automation and SCADA solutions
- Support integration of SCADA systems with PLCs, field devices, and industrial networks
- Participate in system testing, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and validation activities
- Troubleshoot automation, PLC, SCADA, and communication-related issues with guidance from senior engineers
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation including configurations, logs, and test records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful project delivery
- Follow engineering standards, quality processes, and best practices
- Support deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of automation systems
