Accountant (US GAAP)
The Role We're looking for a sharp, reliable Accountant to join our growing Hospitality practice. In this role, you'll manage day-to-day accounting for a portfolio of hospitality clients — hotels, restaurants, and related businesses — operating under US GAAP standards. You'll be the person our clients count on to keep their books clean, their close on schedule, and their reporting accurate. This is a high-ownership, client-facing role. You'll work independently, manage your own deadlines, and communicate directly with clients and internal stakeholders across time zones.
What You'll Do
Own the full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of hospitality clients, including GL management, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with US GAAP Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries Coordinate directly with clients to gather information, clarify transactions, and communicate results Identify and flag discrepancies, process gaps, or areas for improvement proactively Adapt quickly as client needs evolve — no two clients are the same
What We're Looking For
